All handbags are designed in New York and crafted in carefully selected ateliers in China that share our dedication to precision, detail, and quality.
To maintain your bag’s beauty:
- Store it in the protective dust bag
- Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and moisture
- Clean with a soft, dry cloth
- Do not overfill the bag to maintain structure
For leather items, test any cleaning product on a hidden area first.
ORDERS, SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We offer complimentary standard shipping within the United States as well as Internationally. Duties, customs, and taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You may also log into your Eirene New York account at any time to view real-time tracking updates.
If your package is delayed:
1. Review your tracking link for carrier updates.
2. Confirm your shipping address in your order confirmation email.
3. If your tracking shows no progress for 48+ hours or the estimated delivery window has passed, email contact@eirenenewyork.com with your order number.
We will contact the carrier on your behalf and provide ongoing updates until delivery is resolved.
Yes. International shipping is available to many countries worldwide. Delivery times vary by location. Customs fees, taxes, and duties may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
You may return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery, as long as it is unused, in original condition, and includes all packaging, tags and accessories.
After we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued within 3–5 business days. Banks and card providers may take an additional 3–10 business days to post the refund to your account.
PRODUCT & AUTHENTICITY
If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 5 days with photos and your order number. We will assess and offer a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
